Hehe....well then you are wrong...the funniest part is to use VB and send keystrokes to it, and you can actualy see the buttons get pressed.

I am using the advanced calculator all the time. Specialy like the future for converting between Hex, bin, oct and dec...

I can tell you it's never going back to "normal" again. I was always pissed there was no "^" in it.

Why I prefer my 89: The other student who has one (in another grade) is NOT ALLOWED to use it because it's so good.

It will give you the answer to almost any problem. Makes it very easy to check your answers. (the funny thing is that I'm the last one who should have on of these, I got a 97 on my math exam because I had none of the usual stupid mistakes)

Actually I was quite pissed mine didn't do simulateous equations, which my teacher told me the 89 does (which she has).

I just rote the program for it though, no biggy.

The pissiest thing was when I wrote the function to work out Chi squared, it was about 4kb and took ages. After doing it I realised that the function was already built in. oh well, the built in one didn't do the correction thingy for 2 by 2's.

We wouldn't be allowed to use anything newer than 83's in the exam, so I never even thought about getting a newer one.
