    Guys,can u help me in this ??

    the required format is in Sheet1.xls (highlighted in yellow)....i need to pick the total of quantities from two sheets and insert them in the Actual and Forecast rows as per the item number and transaction date......also,i need to calculate variance (ACTUAL-FORECAST)......

    Can u help me in this ?Is there any ready macro available for this ? Thanks for your time and consideration...Attached:Sheet1.xls......

    Hey there,
    I don't see any macro included with this file. I also can't find one automated cell on the hole sheet. I would try to help if I understode what you where tring to do. Can you give more info?
