Comparison: VB vs C based languages
We all like VB, especially me...
But sometimes a strange question fires into my mind: "isn't it ridiculous to be proud of VB?". I don't know, but I've experienced many languages: PHP, JavaScript, Markup(HTML, XML, XSL-T & CSS) and some languages I got a tips of knowledge...
But I've seen some realy strange points, programming in C-based languages seems to be more powerful somehow, especially that I've just started learning C++.Net . Do you all think the same? sometimes I feel that being a VB.Net programmer lacks the weigh of the word "Developer", I just want things to be more evident: for who have experience in C, C++ or C Sharp (C#)... give me here a short comparison between VB.Net as C-based languages, and tell if it is really that simple the VB language.

Also, comparing VB (any version) with C is one of the most profoundly inane things a programmer can do. It's so profoundly inane, that they should name a planet after it.
