    vc # .net ?

    hi i just recently purchased a book and there are sections on visual c# .net

    i am looking for a download for visual studio .net lol err yea a site that i can buy it

    wanted to get a book before getting the software

    There is no reason to pirate the software to build C# applications. Go here to get a FREE IDE:

    http://www.icsharpcode.net/OpenSource/SD/

    The .Net Framework SDK comes with the compiler, you can use notepad to write the code and use the FREE compiler to compile the application.

    Borland also has a free IDE for personal use, you can use it to learn if you want.

    meant if there is like a beta...cuz i see the Visual C# express 2005 beta on microsoft site..
