Ghost Boot
I am trying to make a Ghost boot disk for a laptop. The problem is there isn't a floppy drive for this laptop. So, I make a ghost boot disk and I use Nero Burning ROM to make a bootable cd using the floppy disk as the boot image. When i put the bootable cd in a PC, it boots fine and it loads ghost. When I put it in a laptop, it doesn't boot and displays a bunch of weird symbols (about 5 or 6 symbols) and stops. The computer didn't freeze, it just stopped at those symbols. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've used ghost myself from both floppies and bootable cds.
Try creating a bootable cd with a very simple boot image - have an autoexec.bat that just does something like "@echo hello".
If that works, then consider robbing the ramdisk part of "bart's" bootdisk stuff, and copy ghost into the ramdisk first. Then execute from there...
