    Click event on document

    Is it possible to fire an event when a user clicks on a document??

    Not in Excel 97.
    Use Alt +F11 with Word live then doubleclick ThisDocument in Project Explorer. Select Document from the left dropdown top of window then check the right dropdown for available event traps.

    There only seems to be 3 events in a word document.

    1)Open
    2)New
    3)close
