Q: "unable to create Web project 'WebApplication1'"

Hello,

okay, I have problems writing my first ASP .net Application.

I choosed New project then ASP .Net application. and in the project location I found : "http://localhost/WebApplication1" by default.
I pressed ok and after 1min approximately I got the following msg:
"unable to create Web project 'WebApplication1'. Could not find a web server at 'localhost' on port 80. Please check to make sure that the web server name is valid and your proxy settings are set correctly. If you are sure that everything is correct, the web server may be temporarily out of service."

any help???

okay I solved the problem..

I uninstalled and reinstalled the IIS in Windows XP and it works!!

I am very tired now and I think I'll postpone studying my first lesson in "ASP.Net Kick Start" book from SAMS till tomorrow
