    Sorry for being late.. i got ur msg just today...
    here is the attached file..
    This is a small VB project which when u run will get all the domains and all the computers in each domain.. u can create user on any computer(which u have administrative rights on)

    Offcourse... this is a vbp so u can c the code also...
