    any one can help telling complete attributes of Embed Tag ,
    or any one can help how to open MS Office Applications in
    Netscape as it got opened in IE.

    Don't think so... you need an ActiveX container (which IE is and NS isn't.. and also why ActiveX controls won't work either)
