will this file, vbrun60.exe, (1 MB) enable my vb programs to run on other peoples PCs if they don't have the vbruntimes installed? Or is it some other file?

well i cant asure you of that... because i dont know anything about that but try vb runtimes sp6 or 5 its the latest and most stable

Create a setup package using the P&D Wizard, Inno, etc.

No it doesn't. The setup package will include them and install them if necessary.

What is the exact file name of the vb runtime? And does it install on people's system by itself? Can anyone give me a link to where I can find the file?
