older post

when i click on classic vb, the most pages i get is about 4. i see there are over 700,000 post, how can i see those older post? or are they deleted once so old?

Your default display for that forum is most likely set to 2 days. You can change how far back is displayed by using the drop down at the bottom of the list of messages:

Each of the forums on this site have a default time limit for the threads they show, otherwise you could see hundreds of pages of threads. For Classic VB this default is set to 2 days.

If you want to see more (or less), scroll down the page to the thick line at the bottom of the thread list. In this line are a few drop-downs, one of which is the number of days; change the value to whatever you want, then click on "Go".


If you are looking for threads on a partiular topic, I would strongly recommend searching for them, using the search button (under the search box at the top of the page) which allows you to specify which of the forums to search in.

Just use the search feature.

You can also go to your CP and change the defualt for ever....You can sett it to say like 30 days, and then you don't have to go down to the bottom of the page and change it every time...
