We've had a call from a customer who can't seem to install. When they try to install the computer says that they are missing:
"C:/documents and settings/(user name)/local/temp/msftqwf.pwd"
(or something along those lines)
We tried making a new use account and installing, same error.
We used the package and deployment wizard that comes with microsoft office... any ideas? (First time this has come up, we think it has to do with their computer).
