Help on VB.net component that can send and receive text messages

hi, i think u need the external GSM Modem to sent and receive data. I'm currently using WAVECOM to sent and receive data

What type of use is this for? Usually you'd use what's known as a Text Gateway.

You can use it to submit and recieve text messages - they usually have some kind of API which you could use to do it via VB.net.

The one above though doesn't - nor does it recieve them - I simply searched for philippines text gateway.

No doubt there's some more. I did this myself here in the UK a little while back - but that was in PHP.
