multiple row tooltiptext and multiple row text in excel

alo guys i really need help here...
i use VB to link with excel to produce a shape objects.
but i got difficulty to put a multiple row text.

shape1.TextFrame.Characters.Text = SCN & vbCrLf & rsGet!ves_name

the vbcrlf is printed to a character in the textframe.
how to get rid the character off, but i can use the multiple rows....

and how to use the multiple row tooltiptext...

VB only provide one row tooltiptext only....

you can't use multiline tooltips but you can simulate
the effect this way.

'create multil line tag tips...same use as tool tips except
'that with tool tips you are restricted to one line..
'with tag tips you get multiline
