    special effect on wallpaper

    does anyone knows how to 'input' a special effect on a wallpaper..so that the pic will 'paste' on the wallpapaer itself...sorrie if i dun explain well...but its hard to explain..

    You could always open the image in something such as Adobe Photoshop or Paint and paste it, and save the piccy then set the new piccy as your wallpaper.
    I use Microsoft Visual Basic 2005. (Therefore, most code samples I provide will be based around the .NET Framework v2.0, unless otherwise specified)
