I am a lucky boy
Hi Everyone
My current employer is letting me get my hands on .net (I am a contractor). Could you tell me what books, or online resources are good for converting my VB6 knowledge to .net.
I have heard it is much the same (but worht 5k more in job applications).

I'm just as lucky. I've been told I can train for VB.NET on the job. Being paid to study!
Anyways, I found Wrox Press' Professional VB.NET to be the best.
I don't have the damn ISBN though. I'd be crazy to type it out.

ASP 3.0
but I may try to wangle ASP.NET, but there would be a lot of political opposition to this.

What? Who are you talking to?

And I'd definitely reccommend ASP.NET for enterprise applications.

Why bother with ASP in the first place as things have changed so much in ASP .NET?
