Caspol
Hi,
is anyone familiar with Caspol and would know what the command line instruction is to allow say full rights to dll's from a specific intranet site?
Thanks
John.

Sleep mode
browse where caspol.exe is installed (on XP machines it should be in :Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\Version N#(1.1)\ then type caspol
You get list of arguments and options . I think af (add full trust assembly) is the one you're looking for . You can do using Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Configuration Tool under Administrative Tools .

Thanks. Can I assure you that I haven't just turned to here without first spending quite some time trying to checkout the on line help (and web searches).
But what I want to do is set our users to accept dll's deeriving from our intranet, they are widely dispersed and we are a small IT dept so it would be most convenient if I can create a batch file to do this rather than expect the users to go through the GUI .NET everytime we deploy a new dll.
I just cannot decipher the help for this though!!!
Many thanks.
