Where can i get a handlerbase?

HELP 911

I've got this 3 file sent to me by my frend.

1.SAXCount.class
2.Xerces.jar
3.Xercessa.jar

He instruct me to copy this files to a folder and the type the ff. to the commandline:

c:\folder>perl parser.pl G034500<-directory containing xml file.

This is a perl calling a java function m i right?

I had a jdk1.2.2 installed
I had copied already the handlerbase.class but still got the same freakin error!
