    Machine Device Manager

I have no idea what this is, and it keeps popping up. I can't run ANYTHING in .NET because of this this. I first got it in C#, but then I opened a VB.NET project and I got it there too. Anyone know what it is and how to fix it? I've searched MSDN and Google, but I can't find anything.

I dont know what service he was talking about, but you can look here for services:

    control panel, administrative tools, services
or just open the start menu, click run and type "services.msc"

edit: duh the Machine Debug Manager you'll find it there. Double click on it, then change the startup type to Automatic so next time windows runs it would automatically run. You can also press the little play button on top when you select the service if you want it to run without restarting
