are there company that sell a similar control or is there a free code for example?

in the centre of the image there is a control similar to listview but that have the possibility of merge cells

I worked sometime with a control known as MSFlexGrid, it's a pretty nice grid with a lot of functions, did you tried it?

By the way, I have a Hotel Control System running here, maybe you are interested in see it working, send me an email if you want to see it.
