Linking to posts
Is it possible to have a link on each reply in a thread with the reply number and a link to that individual post?
It would make it easier when posting a link to a thread if you could post a link to an individual reply. Currently to get a link to a post you have to seach for it.

On really long thread don't you think that would get a bit big though?
What I do is go to the Report this post link, and copy its url, then use the postid off that and presto . I see your point though. .
When your thread has been resolved please edit the original post in the thread ( )
and amend "-[RESOLVED]-" to the end of the title and change the icon to , Thank you.
When posting Code use the [VBCode]Code Here[/VBCode] tags to be able to use the code highlighting.

Or do you mean, how to get the link to that post...
IF you hold your mouse over the quote button, you will see that that post as a post it. Add
&postid=TheNumberOfThePost
and you have a link to that post...

Yes it would be nice to have a link, though you can manually do it. If you put the mouse over the bottom of the post e.g Edit, Quote etc it gives you the PostId then simply do this
showthread.php?s=&postid=1695597#post1695597
I know this is not what you want, but an alternateive i use

Thanks - I didn't know the exact way of doing it.
I still think it would be nice have a link you can just copy in each post.

Yes i agree it would be handy.
Also you can link only one post instead of the whole thread, here is how
showthread.php?action=showpost&postid=1695597#post1695597

That's cool - it gets a whole page to its self and no annoying ads.
