    Dvd

    I just put a pc together from about 4 of my older pc's and i put a dvd rom in it. The DVD rom plays dvd's but will freeze up in windows media player after like 7 min. I know my video card is very old could this be the problem or is it a software problem?

    What DVD codec are you using, the codec you got might be corrupted or something.
    I use Microsoft Visual Basic 2005. (Therefore, most code samples I provide will be based around the .NET Framework v2.0, unless otherwise specified)

    So you said you put it together from a lot of other parts? Did you make sure you have all the right drivers?
