    Help with VB in Excel

    Can anyone help..................

    I'm trying to replace fixed cell references with variables in the COUNTIF formula

    Does anyone know how to............

    I wanted to try an replace the constant cell reference with a vaiable that will change - but just like the thing I figured it out.
