please help how do i??

what controls do i use so that it will display all the different fields of my SQL 7 database and their data values
and able the user to click into the grid and change the details then click a save button that will save everything back to the SQL7 database. i know there are a few grids out there but i want to be able to do this as easily as possible with minimal coding
any ideas please help me?????

i have tried using different grids but i cannot click in the grids to change data??
any thoughts about what control i should be using so i can
update delete add data into the grid control and click my save button and it saves my data????
