    what is unicows.dll for???

    Hi,
    I've done the packaging and ready to distribute my application onto a win98 machine. but when i'm installing it keeps pop up this message that says cant find unicows.dll and exit the installation.

    it is bugging me. Does anyone know what is going on? btw i'm using crystal report 9 for my reports. Please help me. thanks!!!

    It appears to be part of the support for Unicode in Win 95/98/ME.
