I have a VB application which utilizes an Access 2000 db, and when I try to package the app, I get a warning saying that no dependency information could be found for msado21.tlb. If I choose to ignore the message, I get a warning when I run the setup file, and I have no database connectivity when I run the installed exe. I have tried to create a dependency package with the wizard, but that does not help my situation at all. If I omit the msado21.tlb file when I package the program, I get no errors or warnings, but there is also no db connection. Any one with any help or suggestions, please reply.

    Well ...

For ADO to work, you need to have MDAC 2.0 on the client machine. Check out this.
