server 2003 web edition ---can't see any shares

i have just installed server 2003 web edition.
I made a share in 1 of my drives and tried to see it from 1 pc on my network.

i m getting the error "Logon failure: user account restriction"

ps: the drive i have shared has full control permission to everyone
and the users that i m using on both pc are the administrator

please someone its kind of urgent

Does the share have a "$" in it, on the server?

If it's stand-alone (not in an AD domain) yoiu may get issues like this, this was a common problem with Windows XP computers, check that it allows you to specify a username and password because it may be logging on as guest or something.
