    An unhandled exception of type 'System.NullReferenceException' occurred in system.win

    why is it that i receive this error when ithe program try to show another fr\orm from one form and the orginal form itsef being dispose or close?

    post the code where you open the second form from the first and the code where you close the first one.
    please specify on wich form the code appears and also at which point your error appears.
