    Project Explorer locked

    Hi,

    Can someone pls tell me why suddenly my Project Explorer is locked and I cant edit any of my projects. I dont recall doing anything extrordinary. I cant even open from Menu View > project Explorer . ths.

    Right click on the vbp project from the windows explorer and you will see the properties dialog. Then just uncheck the "Read-Only Option".

    The lock in the projects usually happens when you copy the project from ony location to an other!

    If the problem continues then just check some of your settings in the VB options.

    Somewhat related... if you copied the fies from a copy in a CD, those will become read only (file attributes copied).
