    Why is this form locked ?

    I downloaded some source from PSC and al the control are locked on the form in editor mode, it also has 3 image lists of which i cant access from an extra listview i added. I'm sure this is just a case of changing a property of the form, but never come across this before..

    Uncheck Format->Lock Controls

    Right click on the form, a popup will appear. Uncheck lock controls.
