Here's a good question. When I try to change the background color of a radio or check box, only the surrounding edges of the control is changed to the specified color. Are these two controls' backgrounds always white? Any suggestions?

Hi,
I'm not quite sure what you mean. Do you mean the little box that when you click has a tick inside? If so, then the answer is you cannot change the colour from white, well not without some work anyway.

Yes, that is correct. The white circle containing the little tick...how much work would be involved in changing that? And has anyone done it? Does vb even support it?

No, VB doesn't directly support it.
I think you would have to use some API calls to change the Windows System colour globally!
Alternatively, you could replace it with a picture of an option button that you had drawn yourself. See Glenn's previous post.
