Parse tag and view the progress into a Rich Text Box

Hello, does anyone know how to parse the tag from an html file and view the output into a Rich Text Box? Using VB Code and even RTF code if you want.

For example: i have this tag

I posted it already to api section so maybe someone help me by api calls. I have already an example in api calls but it works only with easy tags such as , , <title></title>,<html></hmtl>,<body></body> etc.

Isn't allowed?
