    DVD-R/RW Media Source

Can anyone recommend an cheap (price) source to buy quality media for my DVD-R/RW burner. I've heard that there are only one or two manufacturers making quality media (Pioneer being one) and that the rest have a 15%-50% failure rate or worse

Any comments welcome ... and please post a website address where I can by quality media cheap if you know of one.

    Thanks!

Maybe newegg.com. They typically have atleast a few reviews on their products.

Verbatim, very good brand and the most reliable in test done here.
I use Microsoft Visual Basic 2005. (Therefore, most code samples I provide will be based around the .NET Framework v2.0, unless otherwise specified)

    Thanks!

I just ordered some Riteks off Newegg.com . The price was right ( < $1 each for 50 ) and they had a lot more good reviews than bad.

    Thanks again for the lead!

That was an interesting link on the Dual Layer DVD too.

2.4x burning speed? Lol... you would have to wait even longer until they release at least an 8x speed burner.

Might as well stick with single layer since the two single-layer discs will still cost less than one dual-layer (and they'll burn faster).
