    start button looks strange

hey all. I have a PC in my office where the start button has started getting distorted images on top of it and no word 'Start'. The picture/colors seem to be related to the desktop wallpaper or background color. I don't know if it is a software doing it, or a RAM thing.

    Any ideas?

    thanks

Don't tell me you've been visiting some porn sites . I had similar problem a while ago after watching some horny stuff . I had to restore the perfect image from Norton Ghost .

well, actually its just one of the office PCs, not mine. But I know of several softwares that let you customize the button. Maybe sb installed one and the buttons properties have been changed.

Doesn't norton ghost wipe the partition and install a previous copy? I wouldn't want to go that far.

    Thanks.

Could be someone as you said did that using Windows theme editor . I don't think you need to install windows again but I had to when this happened to me . It was hell annoying .
