Mirror listbox via Winsock

I've got a school project that requires me to mirror the exact listbox on the server, to the client application. Then, as the client selects an item on the listbox, the server would pick up the selection and print it out on a picture box.

I've read some of the Winsock tutorials but I'm still kinda dumb about all of it. Any ideas on how I could make use of Winsock and listboxes?

Please help out. My deadline's in 2 weeks and this feature would really help.
