PC Hell ... trojan virus

Hell knows how but few days ago got my computer infected with trojan virus TROJ_IEFEATS.A - it's one of those Coolwebsearch homepage hijacker. What's interesting is that I have firewall + McAfee virus protection on 24/7 alert mode + popup blocker and that thing still got through, though.
What it does - resets your homepage to something like res://mshp.dll/index.html#10213 and unless you know what to do - you cannot get rid of it. No real harm done to your computer but it's really annoying.

Apperently it works (cross my fingers ) but will see in a few days how it does.

I have never used spyware/adware detection software. I just make sure I only ever use IE when absolutly necessary and keep the Administrators account for administering the system, rather than general use.
