PM is not sent immediately , why ?
When I send PM and tracke it , it's not sent immediately to the sender *I think* , although the user is online but I can see the option that let me cancel the post . Another thing , I don't get email notification on time when someone reply to my thread . I get it 5 minutes late or so . This doesn't happen always but quite often . Do we have any issue regarding this ?

I'm sure he's trying to ask how your checking for this email nofification, are you using Outlook, WebMail or .....
I sometimes dont get my notification straight away but thats cos my WebHost sometimes gets bogged down and all my mail will get delayed. However when its working well I get only bout a minute delay. I assume its just because the message needs to be processed by yours (and possibly VBFs) mail servers.

I'm using MSN , no email clients (no outlook , nothing else) . I think this issue depends on how busy the server is ! Now , I got the notification just on time *hopefully* ......

As a moderator I have it set up so that I get a notification every time a post is created in this forum. I also get the "normal" notification for any thread I've started or responded to. That means that I get two notifications for some posts. One of them arrives several minutes after the other but I don't remember which arrives first. I'll try to remember to look next time.

I receive the special notification first. The "normal" notice arrives about a minute later.
