What does IOS mean ? Where does Windows use it for ??

IOS (Input/Output Supervisor) is a Microsoft Windows program that supervises the interaction between file system requests and events and input/output device drivers. If the IOS program does not start successfully, Windows 95 will not start successfully. Some Windows 95 OSR2 users may have this problem.
