Sql Server Connection ...
hi,
we have a homepage thats being hosted on a server someother place,
know we have an ip and other stuff like username and password of the sql server there
how can i connect to the server in vs.net? i tried doing some stuff in the server explorer but no luck
so if possible can someone please help me out, thanks

What version of VS do you have? It takes Enterprise versions to connect to remote SQL Servers and that may still be limited to a LAN. Professional version can only connect to an MSDE/SQL server on the development machine.

SQL Server problems
I have:
SQL Server 2002 Developers Edition
Visual Studio 2003
Windows XP Pro
access table (Office XP)
I am having trouble Connecting to my database.
How do i connect to the database, i know how to use the Server Explorer window. My sqlserver won't let me add a database neither.
