Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft Office System

We recently bought "Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft Office System".
After opening the box, we discovered that it can only be installed on a machine running Office 2003 Professional, not Office 2003 Standard .

My question before buying Office 2003 Professional: if I build a solution using Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft Office System, can our users run this on a machine running Microsoft Office 2003 Standard, or do all machines need Office 2003 Professional ?

Thanks in advance for answering my question.

This would be a guess, but if you are not using Access in the project it might work!

I am not working with Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft Office System!

I do know that the Standard vs Pro, the difference is Access!

    Why is the difference Access?

Why not check the Microsoft website or contact a rep to get an answer to this question?

I did check the product information website in advance ... unfortunately, I couldn't find the information there.

I have contacted Microsoft in the Netherlands before, but never ever got any answer on any question ... So I thought I give it a try on this forum ...

I might contact Microsoft in the US, though ...
