Hey my Direct Speech Recognition quit working ! ??

Hey guys.
I bought a new hard drive and after I got everything re-installed, all my apps with MS Direct Speech Recognition and MS Direct Speech Synthesis get errors when loading that the dll couldn't be loaded. They use C:\windows\speech\xvoice.dll and c:\windows\speech\xlisten.dll. I don't know what the problem is. The files are all there. I downloaded the 2 files again and put them in the speech directory. Then I got the programs to load okay by removing the components and re-referencing and re-adding them to the forms. But when I run the apps, nothing happens (no sound on the voice) and the mouth that is on the form for xvoice doesn't move the way it does when the component is working properly.

Any ideas or suggestions?

You must download ythe entire speech engine again.
