    Exclamation creating exe on vb.net

    I wrote a simple program in vb.net (I have just started working with .net) but when I sent the exe in the bin folder to someone else it started making troubles please help me I tried everything

    I have to be Local Admin rights to work with VB.Net in our XP network!
    I check and make sure you have the rights you need!
    Very new to .Net!
    So not sure!

    Hi.

    Is the framework installed on the target pc?
    Are you sure you have copied everything from the bin folder?
    I wish I could think of something witty to put in my sig...

    ...Currently using VS2013...
