Then how about this?
Code:
Private Declare Sub keybd_event Lib "user32" (ByVal bVk As Byte, ByVal bScan As Byte, ByVal dwFlags As Long, ByVal dwExtraInfo As Long)
Const VK_SCROLL = &H91
Const KEYEVENTF_KEYUP = &H2
Private Sub Command1_Click()
keybd_event VK_SCROLL, 0, 0, 0
keybd_event VK_SCROLL, 0, KEYEVENTF_KEYUP, 0
End Sub

writing software in C++ is like driving rivets into steel beam with a toothpick.
writing haskell makes your life easier:
reverse (p (6*9)) where p x|x==0=""|True=chr (48+z): p y where (y,z)=divMod x 13
To throw away OOP for low level languages is myopia, to keep OOP is hyperopia. To throw away OOP for a high level language is insight.
