anyone know of a tool/component that I can get my hands on ?

Have a look at this site, check out the second one called HV Menu..

If you know javascript its pretty simple to design, if not then Use Macromedia Fireworks u can design it visually.

I started writing one, but never got to finish it, there are too many sites offer free Javascript menu and other stuff!

They're simple tables, and you're working with their visibility. Simple, no?

Yes, ASP forum has been my home for a long while. Thank God we have the alien frog and few other ppl to keep this forum alive .
