    Show own messages with IE

Is there a way I can send my own messages at the bottom part of IE? You know, the place where it usually says "Done".

I want to be able to tell the user what's going on when the user clicks on a button or something.

    Thanks

Sorry, I'm new at this. what Statustext property are you referring to? Is that of IE or my webform?
