It sounds like your hard drive is getting to old or something...is it old?

Have you overclocked anything? Things like that usually happen as a result of overclocking too much.
I use Microsoft Visual Basic 2005. (Therefore, most code samples I provide will be based around the .NET Framework v2.0, unless otherwise specified)

It is in my best opinion that it has something to do with the ram, with next best guess at drivers and applications. If overclock, it is likely CPU overheating.
Try these memory diagnostic software (Both FREE!!):
Memtest86
http://www.memtest86.com/
Windows Memory Diagnostic
http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp
Run the test for at least 12 hours or over 30 cycles. Some ram problems will only come up after 10-15 cycles.

Say bro reset your Bios. And then try the hard drive and if it still hangs throw it to the junk yard because your hardrive has bit the dust. Dont call me nosy but what kind of hard drvie do you have.

i do these actions,
1) i put the ram in another PC it's working fine...
2) I get anohter Hard Drive and run it with my PC it's also fine
3) I put My hard drive to another PC, get no errors
sounds like, the hard drive,RAM is fine..
is it wrong with mother board or processor?

you can really only test the mobo if you put other working components for everything in it. Or run with someone elses processor and the bare essentials. e.g. boot HDD, mobo, CPU keyboard.

It is quite a mess when the problem is the motherboard.
The only way to confirm it, is to have the motherboard removed and setup with different "working" parts on a separate machine.
It is not very common for the mobo to be buggy unless it has been fiddled around with a lot.

Well then honestly it sounds like the IDE channell on the mobo went out. I would try putting your primary IDE cable into the secondary slot on the mobo and see if that works. If that doesnt work try a new IDE cable.
