    PHP Install Question - Newbie

I have sucessfully installed MySQL 4.0.15 and Apache 2.0.47 on my WinXP box. I installed PHP (I think) but I am not able to view PHP Scripts form the local host. I install PHP by using the "Go-Pear" Batch file and I selected each default setting. I didn't have a domain so I selected 127.0.0.1 as the local host.

    Thank you, in advance,
    Regards,

    Mark

Is the apache server running? how are you accessing the page? "http://localhost/" and "http://127.0.0.1" should work fine.

I've never heard of the "Go-Pear" batch install file.. I just installed Apache2, PHP and MySQL myself.

After ten (10) attempts, I finally got PHP, Apache and MySQL working.
