Death of the browser - a good article, and something i'm stuck on!

    Hi,

    I've read the following article:

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...et10142001.asp

I'm having trouble implementing it now. I've build a simple form with a button on it, and compiled it as a dll. I can't work out what code to then put in the browser to get the form to run. I've tried the code in the example but I can't seem to declare a form object in an asp.net application.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

Looks like a very interesting piece, cheers for that. I'll try and get someone here to have a go with it and get back to you if any success.

    Very good article.

I think this type of application with web services will end up replacing a lot of intranet apps but I think the browser route will always be popular with the general public.

it's weird. I can get it to work on my development machine but when i try it on the webserver, and try running it, it comes up with page cannot be found and a normal 404 error.

    weird.
