    If someone makes OCX out of this ... please post it here. I am too lazy to make a OCX.

    Nice try, but full of bugs. Looks like you did not read the code he posted for his Checkbox enabled combobox. If you do not mind posting your code here, I could see and correct some errors, frankly speaking, I am also too lazy to make an attempt of writing this from the scratch ...
