form help button
When the user clicks on the help button of a form (the little button with the "?" that appears in the title bar), and then they click on a control.... am I supposed to show the tooltip manually? there isn't a property to set for each control so the help tip would show up automatically?
also how would I show a tooltip without associating that tooltip with the control
